In the Name of Jesus Ministries, has received approval from the State of California under license #2209137  to operate as a non-profit religious corporation under the Section 23701d of the California Corporation Law.

In the Name of Jesus Ministries has received Federal approval as a non-profit religious corporation under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations to this organization are tax-deductible under the section 170 (c) (2) of the Internal Revenue Code.
